HQ at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and production units within India and many other countries – Arvind Ltd. is the leading vertically integrated textile company, manufacturers cotton shirting, denim, knits, bottom fabrics, recently they have ventured into technical textiles with its Advanced Materials Division in 2011. The company is India’s largest denim manufacturer, their own brands are Flying Machine, Newport and Excalibur and licensed international brands like Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger and Calving Klein. The company’s reported consolidated quarterly net sales at INR2188 crore in September 2024 up 13.87% Y-o-Y.

The company is on track with its capital management plan, having spent 40% of its annual CapEx plan to augment garmenting and AMD (Advanced Material Division) capacity, indicating a focus on future growth. As stated by Mr. Punit Lalbhai, Vice Chairman, new textile policy of Gujarat is advantageous especially for AMD and they plan some base investment in the state, also, company will consider Madhya Pradesh and Orissa especially for garmenting due to labor availability. For capacity expansion in denim, the company plan to expand denim through verticalization by adding more garment capacity rather than fabric capacity.
